Beau McDowell

I grew up on a ranch near Clayton, New Mexico, where I learned the value of honest hard work and developed a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. I earned a degree in Hospitality from New Mexico State University and moved to Red River in 2003—drawn by the mountains, the lifestyle, and the tight-knit community.

My wife, Katie, and I own and operate the Road Runner RV Resort in Red River and are also partners in Seneca Creek Land & Cattle Company. We’re proud to be raising our two daughters, Kamryn and Kayce, in Red River and love watching them enjoy all that this special mountain town has to offer. It’s a wonderful place to grow up—and a community we’re deeply grateful to be part of.
